1.	GRADING: All uncertified coins are strictly graded by photograde and ANA standards.
2.	DESCRIPTIONS: Every attempt has been made to describe pertinent aspects of each coin including defects such as scratches, bumps, cleaning, etc. Because of space considerations, it is not possible to describe every coin in detail.
3.	RETURNS: You may return any coin for any reason for a full refund (including handling) within ten days of receipt.
4.	REFUNDS: Immediate refunds are given on returned or presold items.
5.	CREDIT CARDS: Mastercard ,VISA and Discover are accepted for any order.
6.	POSTAGE: Please include $5.00 for postage and insurance on orders under $500.
7.	PHONE ORDERS: You may call to reserve any items you wish to purchase. Items will be held for five mailing days. You may also place credit card orders by phone. Hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM MOUNTAIN TIME Monday through Friday. Please leave a message if there is no answer.
8.	TRADES AND PURCHASES: I am always interested in anything you may wish to sell or trade, whether a single coin or an entire collection. Please let me know what you have.
9.	BUY BACK POLICIES AND PROFIT MARGINS: As a matter of policy, I will buy back coins I have sold in the past at an average of 80% of my asking price at the time the coins are offered to me. Often, I can pay more than this, sometimes less. I am always willing to buy anything I sell. I will buy coins sold by other vendors at roughly the same percentage. I also take coins on consignment for a nominal fee when the deal makes sense for both of us. Ask for details.
